Isidoros Sideridis, a recognized thought leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer Experience, and an expert in Go-To-Market technologies, will share his knowledge and expertise with the attendees. His goal is to help them understand the fundamental principles and practical applications of AI in the areas of marketing, data analytics, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Customer Service.
Through the seminar, participants will be trained to identify trends and opportunities offered by AI for enhancing Customer Experience and to develop strategies that incorporate AI into their processes to improve performance and efficiency in customer communication and service.
