In this remarkable award ceremony organized by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS), Pobuca won the Customer Service Distinction Award in the category “Leveraging the Voice of the Customer” for its project with Volton. Pobuca Experience Cloud employs AI and NLP technologies for data collection and analysis, enhancing Customer Experience and satisfaction through targeted KPIs and real-time analytics. Pobuca’s advanced technology was key in upgrading service quality and improving the Customer Experience.
Pobuca, through its systematic collection and analysis of Customer Voice from all touchpoints in real-time, fully supporting the Greek language, enabled Volton to identify and rectify recurring Customer Experience issues. Moreover, integrating Volton’s touchpoints with the application allowed for the display of real-time data and the formation of customized CX alerts for enhanced analysis and management of Customer Service.
The prompt response to complaints and requests, augmented by the Pobuca Experience Cloud platform, significantly increased customer trust and Loyalty towards Volton. The award from the HICS highlights the successful collaboration of the two companies and their focus on innovation and excellence in customer service, setting new standards in the field.
