On January 28th, Boussias Communication organized an international CX event for 2021 with business leaders and entrepreneurs. During the conference, the speakers presented ways and methods to create, offer and optimize the best Customer Experience. 

Isidoros participated as a speaker with his speech “Leverage AI to analyze customer feedback” and presented our two AI solutions,Customer Voiceand Pobuca Knowledge that analyze the customer feedback turning it into Customer Experience alerts and insights.
