On December 3rd, Pobuca, with the support of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (ΕΙΕΠ), hosted an engaging workshop at OTEAcademy, titled: “Navigating the Future: Customer Experience in the AI Era.”
Following the strong interest sparked by the previous CEO Breakfast, where Isidoros Sideridis presented his talk on Alien Intelligence, this session focused on how AI is evolving from an abstract concept to a practical tool for improving business outcomes.
Participants explored how AI is already delivering measurable impact in CX, Loyalty, and Customer Service, helping businesses strategically enhance performance and boost EBITDA.
