Pobuca-Sieben is awarded at Loyalty Awards for the second consecutive year!
Pobuca-Sieben and Goodyear were awarded prizes in the categories of Best in Loyalty & Engagement - Automotive and Best B2B initiative at the 2nd Loyalty Awards Ceremony held at Gazarte.
Goodyear decided to launch a reward program called "Goodyear 4U", in order to gain insight into its customers, identify them, collect information on their buying behavior and increase their loyalty. The company chose Pobuca Loyalty and trusted Pobuca-Sieben to implement this project.
In order to meet the needs of the company, Pobuca-Sieben undertook the collection of purchases made by Goodyear's customers from its official distributors, while Pobuca Loyalty enabled the matching of purchases with reward points, the members’ communication (through email, SMS, Viber or push notifications) and the process of redeeming the available points.
Mrs. Fotini Velesioti, Marketing Manager, received the award on behalf of Goodyear and Mrs. Maria Mallia, CRM & Loyalty Consultant, received the award on behalf of Pobuca-Sieben.
The awards were organized for the second time by Boussias Communications with the aim of highlighting the best practices in rewarding customer loyalty in industries such as retailing, banks, insurance, telecommunications, tourism and others.
